“From start to finish, this was a first class and professional tile installer. He came in and found the project half finished with not all mold proof wallboard installed and the shower floor with just dirt and no concrete waiting for his tile work. The free standing walls that had been constructed around the shower were not secure and wobbled at the slightest touch. Instead of calling back the general contractor to make the job right, he took it upon himself to ready the floor and walls to be safe, secure, and waterproof before the tile installation.
He noted the cultured marble on our bathroom vanity and suggested we use the same material for the shower sill, window sill, shower bench seat, and also topping the two free standing walls. The general contractor had planned using just tile on top of the low wall and bench seat, and nothing on top of the tall wall. This made the project appear finished, and that it all matched and had been done at the same time. It made it look much better. He arranged this all with the general contractor saving us the inconvenience and time delays on the project.
He made some suggestions as he began the project that made our shower baths so much more attractive than we had even planned. He suggested a wider display on the tile walls of our choice of multi-colored glass tiles and suggested niches in both showers to hold shampoo, soap, etc,. eliminating a need for attaching an unattractive ceramic shelf or soap holder. He placed our multi-colored glass tiles in the back wall of the niches to make the area more glamourous.
He and his associates were also a pleasure to have in our home. They were pleasant, courteous, and boy, did they work continuously and fast. Not sure they ever took a break and wasted no time.
I would highly recommend this company for your entire projects. Wish I had found them first before we hired the general contractor. We are truly happy customers.
Thank you ,First Class Flooring and Cabinet Design.”
