I'm a project mgr for a commercial project in Brooksville FL, Rich with 1st Class Flooring had gave me a proposal for some tile flooring, his prices where reasonable and comparable to the other... quotes I received, where Rich sold me was being on time for our appointment, being able to meet my tight deadlines without hesitation. His installers where on time, clean and very professional, they also had to repair existing work that had been previously done by others and did and exceptional job tying everything in, i will not hesitate to use them on further projects. Rich and his team who remodeled our Tub/Shower for our master bath done a superb job. They worked very hard and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves daily and were friendly... and made suggestions that I had not thought about having done. Our shower is beautiful and we are very Proud of it.
